Don’t Give Up On Your Marriage!
You’re here because you’re worried about your most important relationship.
When you got married you had a wonderful vision of what your married life would look like. You were full of hope and faith that you would be fulfilled beyond your wildest dreams by your spouse.
But now those dreams are under threat. The arguments. The emotional distance. The disagreements about kids. The loneliness. The sexless nights.
There was a time that you felt like the apple of your spouse’s eye, but now the apple has rotted. The love and tenderness you once felt for your spouse has turned to fear, harshness, even hatred.
You’ve begged. You’ve pleaded. You’ve read books. You’ve watched YouTube videos. You’ve talked to your pastor…and nothing has changed.

Meet Wade Arnold, MDiv, PhD
I earned a Master of Divinity degree from Baylor University and my doctoral degree from the University of Florida. I have been licensed in the State of Florida since 2010. For the past 20 years, I have served as a psychologist, a professor, or a pastor.
I have helped hundreds of people manage anxiety and overcome depression by assisting them in increasing their awareness of their unhelpful and unhealthy thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I have also supported and guided scores of couples as they learn to communicate clearly, overcome conflict, rekindle their friendship, reignite their sex life, recover from infidelity, and reclaim the dream they shared when they were first married.
I use a “pragmatic integrated” approach to therapy. That is, I conceptualize client challenges primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) perspective. However, I will use any theory or intervention that serves the best interests of my clients. With couples, I use the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. This is the most researched and empirically supported couples therapy available.
When not helping people live their best lives, I like to eat Mexican food, hike in the North Carolina Mountains, coach YMCA soccer, and every Saturday in the fall you’ll find me watching college football.
